24-Hour Notice
Masterpieces take time. Please place your order at least 24 hours in advance during our standard opening hours.
Container Options
By default, all orders are served in aluminum containers for the best reheating experience. Prefer the authentic steel pan? Just ask us during your confirmation call.
The Pan Deposit
If you request the traditional steel pan, a cash deposit ($160–$300) is required at pickup. It will be fully refunded when returned unwashed.
The Perfect Reheat
For the best texture and flavor next day:
- Take the paella out of the fridge 2 hours before mealtime to bring it closer to room temperature.
- Preheat your oven to 415°F.
- Once the oven reaches temperature, place the container (with the lid on) inside.
- Immediately lower the oven temperature to 200°F and let it warm for about 8 minutes. (For Paella Valenciana, extend the heating time to 10 minutes).
- Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!
Returning Your Pan
Please do NOT put water in the pan. We will take care of the cleaning. You may wipe it gently with a paper towel, and that’s all we need!
Returns can be made during our opening hours at our pickup location. Your deposit will be refunded at the time of return. Moltes gràcies!!!
