REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR FRESH PAELLA

BONJOUR

Next-Day Reheating Instructions

For the best texture and flavor, follow these steps if you plan to enjoy your paella the next day:

Take the paella out of the fridge 2 hours before mealtime to allow it to come closer to room temperature.
Preheat your oven to 415°F.
Once the oven reaches temperature, place the container (with the lid on) inside.
Immediately lower the oven temperature to 200°F and let it warm for about 8 minutes.
For Paella Valenciana, extend the heating time to 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven, serve, and enjoy!

RETURNING YOUR PAELLA PAN

Once you've finished enjoying your paella, simply bring the pan back to us—we’ll take care of the cleaning. You may wipe it gently with a paper towel, and that’s all we need. Please do NOT put water in the pan.

Returns can be made during our opening hours at the same pickup location:

Your deposit will be refunded at the time of return. Moltes gràcies!!!
